At KrawMachineCo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Below is our detailed return policy for all purchases, including vending machines (new and refurbished), coin mechanisms, bill acceptors, and Nayax products.


General Return Guidelines

1. **Eligibility for Returns**: All products, including vending machines (new and refurbished), coin mechanisms, bill acceptors, and Nayax products, are eligible for return within 60 days of the purchase date.

2. **Restocking Fee**: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

3. **Condition of Returns**: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or missing components may not be accepted or may incur additional fees.

4. **Return Authorization**: Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. **Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


How to Initiate a Return

1. **Contact Customer Service**: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at within 60 days of your purchase date.

2. **Obtain RMA Number**: Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. **Package Your Return**: Carefully package the item, including all original accessories and packaging materials, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. **Ship the Item**: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Ensure you use a reliable shipping service and retain proof of shipment.

Processing Your Return

1. **Inspection and Restocking**: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If the item is in acceptable condition, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. **Refund Processing**: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
